Terms and Conditions:

  • All deliveries within Mumbai and Thane shall be borne by the company.
  • All logos to be embossed shall be at an addition cost with the minimum order of 500 pieces.
  • VAT Tax of 4% shall be added to the bill.
  • On placing of purchase order, the delivery shall be calculated 15 to 20 days from that day.
  • Payment shall be 50% advance and the balance will have to cleared on the day of delivery.
  • Payments for products with logos printed shall be 75% advance and 25% one week before the delivery.
  • All the quotations sent shall be valid for 21 days only.
  • Products once delivered will not be exchanged.
  • Once we receive your order, a confirmation letter shall be sent by the company stating the terms and condition applicable to the specific order placed.
  • The processing of your order will start once the confirmation letter sent by The White Feathers is duly signed by the authority with an advance payment and your purchase order sent to us.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason within 24 hours of the placing of the order. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. All the products displayed on the sites are indicative. We being manufacturers always have good amounts in stock, yet similar configuration, sizes, shall be confirmed by us as per availability.
